How to Submit Your Tribute Book Ad
AD DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 2026
Join Gateways in honoring Myra Musicant and Howard Cohen, and celebrating
our New Home Campaign, by placing an ad in the Sweet Sounds 2026 Digital Tribute Book.
Tribute submission forms will be emailed after registration.
You will have TWO choices for how to submit your ad:
1. Send Us the Text for Your Tribute Message
Fill out the tribute message section of your submission form (emailed after registration) with the text of your message. We will put your words into a pre-designed template of the right size for you.

2. Send Us Your Pre-Designed Ad
You can design your own ad for our Tribute Book featuring personalized artwork, logos, etc. and upload it to our Tribute Book submission form.
Formatting Guidelines
Full-Page Ad: 5” wide x 8” high
Half-Page Ad: 5” wide x 3.75” high
Artwork must be supplied at minimum of 300dpi resolution in JPG, EPS, TIF or PDF format.
