Submit Your Tribute — Due Friday, October 15!

Tribute book submissions received by Friday, October 15 will appear in a digital Tribute Book available at the event. For tribute message wording inspiration and examples, visit the Tribute Book page.

We typically swap for half-page ads unless otherwise specified. Half-page ad dimensions are 5” wide x 3.75” high (full-page ads are 5” wide x 8” high). Artwork must be supplied at minimum of 300dpi resolution in JPG, EPS, TIF or PDF format.
